Anyways, the same as last time, I guess. Alicorn+seapony. Very small horn, so she can only perform simple spells (writing, drawing, etc.), though her wings and gills are very functional. Animal talent, with a dash of intelligence and an artist's soul.
Umm, the cutie mark would be a.... pencil drawing a heart, maybe?
