my first submission for the @me-and-cats Ichimatsu fanzine, tho I'm not sure if it's still gonna be a thing since there's been little activity on the blog for a while...

anyways, this was just a glorified reason to draw a skull b/c I’m Weak for skulls (or fantasy human/cat skulls, as this one is). tho I have been wanting to draw Ichi coughing up a bird for quite a while, it’s just that my original idea was a bit more concrete (and human) than this more abstract version. gotta say tho, I like this abstract version a LOT better than what I had originally planned
